Online Business Transactions

ONLINE PAYMENT TERMS

The Rotary Club of Salisbury (SA) provides the opportunity to register for events, programs and make contributions online.

To facilitate payment we utilise third party payment providers including

  •  Paypal
  •  Fat Zebra Merchant Services
  •  Paystream services

Each of these services integrate to process funds to our nominated Westpac Banking Corporation bank account. Card details are hosted by them in their encrypted and secure servers and are not held by us.

Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.
  • In the event of needing to contact us in regard to your transaction you can use treasurer@salisburyrotary.com.au
  • Our address for correspondence is: Rotary Club of Salisbury (SA), PO Box 931, Salisbury, SA, 5108
  • We do not allow online purchases for anything that requires shipping – only event registration or program contributions. (i.e. Attendance at our business breakfast, members fees, program contributions)
  • The Rotary Club of Salisbury (SA) is below the threshold for GST and thus does not charge GST in its transactions.
  •  For event registration we do not refund non-attendance and will only refund registration cancellations advised to us via writing or email at least 14 days prior to the event. If you believe that you should be entitled to a refund because an event was wrongly described or marketed please contact us at Treasurer@salisburyrotary.com.au
